The Cognizant Foundation works to inspire, educate and prepare people of all ages to succeed in the workforce of today and tomorrow. We believe the tech industry can unlock economic opportunity for excluded and underrepresented populations in our focus markets, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Germany.

Our India Foundation delivers programs to uplift individuals and communities. To advance inclusion, we work with some of India’s most underserved communities to improve access to healthcare, education and livelihood. Through digital technology, we amplify and scale the impact of our programs to serve the greater good.

Cognizant Outreach

Our work leverages our talent and technology to increase inclusion in tech and improve our communities. We focus on technology in education, digital and business skilling and associate engagement. Over 31,000 associates have volunteered over 221,000 hours since 2020 alone—adding to over 3.4 million volunteer hours since Outreach’s inception.

Our $250 million commitment for good

At Cognizant, we're leveraging the power of digital technology to amplify our impact and do more good in the world. Building on our longstanding investments in corporate social responsibility, we've committed to a five-year, $250 million effort to advance economic mobility, educational opportunity, health and well-being in communities around the globe.

We've also launched new diversity and inclusion programs in partnership with our employee affinities—supporting African American, Latinx, LGBTQ, Pan-Asian, women and veteran communities—to create true social change.
